In a nutshell, TracNet have a truly "user friendly" RMS system that we are extremely happy with at Santa Paula Police Department. They have enhanced their records system to include some neat features and they also are great to work with and easy to get a hold of when we have questions. I would recommend TracNet to any agency looking for an outstanding RMS system.
